With its “bombing” of the moon NASA’s LCROSS mission may beat a telltale signature of water out of a shadowy crater and all you may need to see it is a good backyard telescope.

Some space policy experts say that makes the moon attractive for exploration again. Having an abundance of water would make it easier to set up a base camp for astronauts, supplying drinking water and a key ingredient for rocket fuel.
[ad#post]
The water ice search will begin when the LCROSS satellite releases its spent launch rocket, Centaur, toward the moon. When the rocket hits, it should kick up dusty debris from the crater floor into the light of day.

Experts have long suspected there was water on the moon. So the thrilling discovery announced sent a ripple of hope for a future astronaut.”We found water. And we didn’t find just a little bit. We found a significant amount,” Anthony Colaprete, lead scientist for the mission, told reporters as he held up a white water bucket for emphasis. He said the 25 gallons of water the lunar crash kicked up was only what scientists could see from the plumes of the impact

“Having definitive evidence that there is substantial water is a significant step forward in making the moon an interesting place to go,” said George Washington University space policy scholar John Logsdon.

LCROSS (Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite) and its rocket will begin slamming into the South Pole. The LCROSS collision should reveal how much water ice exists in the permanently shadowed craters of the moon. Some theories suggest the lunar pits hold vast stores of water”

“If you have a telescope trained in the right location, you should be able to see the plume come up and have some brightening over a short amount of time,” said Jennifer Heldmann, the LCROSS observation campaign coordinator at NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California.

“And then you’ll see that, as the plume settles back down onto the lunar surface, it will become fainter and more diffuse, and then it will disappear again.”

The Supreme Court, however, held its own, arguing that market or no market, it was the constitutional duty of the government to make essential commodities available at reasonably priced to the masses. In order to set a ceiling for the sugar price, the court asked the Competition Commission of Pakistan to calculate the cost of production for sugar in the country.
[ad#post]
The first responsibility of any democratically elected government is towards the electorate. If so-called global market forces, which in the case of sugar and other commodities are incidentally heavily influenced by powerful speculators, force the international price of an essential commodity to rise beyond the reach of a country’s population, the government must step in.

According to a survey conducted sugar was not available at any wholesale shop in the City including special provisional markets and utility stores as people were seen running from shop to shop to get sugar packets. The consumers have been left with no other option but to stop the use of sugar due to non-availability of the commodity in the open market.
The shopkeepers and retailers have displayed banners outside shops ‘Sugar is not available. Sorry for inconvenience.’

Customers could not get sugar from any area in the city and in a state of helplessness buying ‘Shakar’ (raw sugar) for Rs120 per kilogram. Several shopkeepers also refused to sell ‘Shakar’. Prices of all items related to sugar including sweets, bakery products and toffees have been increased. The city administration failed to check shopkeepers who have hoarded the commodity and now are selling at far higher rates. Price magistrates could not find out the commodity from godowns where shopkeepers and dealers had stocked the commodity.

Provincial Information Minister Shazia Marri has reiterated that sugar crisis would be controlled within few days and sugar would be provided to the masses at Rs. 40 per Kg. Talking to media, she informed that Sindh provincial Government has abundance of sugar, but main issue was the speedy provision of this sugar in the markets, as provincial Government was committed to ensure fair distribution of the sugar.

RAWALPINDI: once again the city faced a suicide bomb attack which took precious lives of many and left several injured. This blast hit the city Rawalpindi near the Branch of National Bank of Pakistan.
It is the fourth deadly attack in the twin cities. ON the 5th of October, a suicide bomber blew himself up at the world Food programme offices. Result was the death of five precious lives and eight injured people. After this incident a strong wave of suicide bombing all over the country was observed. Just after five days on 10th October 2009, General Headquarters were targeted, and Just after five days again two deadly suicide bomb attackers were observed in International Islamic university.
[ad#post]

When the blast was observed people rushed towards the schools, universities near the bank to pick there children but all the gates were closed. Students were not permitted to leave the educational institution.
Like always the Police and law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area and shopkeepers in the state of panic closed down all shops and Lal kurti bazaar and adjoining areas were completely closed.

After the horrifying blast Army troops sealed the whole length of the slip road which parallel to Shalimar plaza. Security forces came into actions and increased patrolling was observed by everyone.

Crime scene was visited by the high officials and fake promises were made again!

People are now scared to allow there children go out with friends or go to schools even, No one is safe after stepping out of their homes. This condition is affecting people mentally and physically. Kids and young teens are scared to play in streets and elders are as much as scared and tense as much young generation is!

Question remains unanswered when will the situation improves? When will we be able to move out safe? Will these terrorist acts come to an end someday?

All we can do is pray and watch our self and our surroundings.

Who doesn’t know that they great Actor Salman Khan and The beautiful Aishwarya Bachchan had a relationship and after their breakup things got worse day by day. Salman khan since the break up is trying his level best to avoid former Miss World Aishwarya Bachchan. Their break up was one of the bitterest and ugliest break ups of Bollywood. And it is clearly visible that there is no room for talking or communicating to one another.
Following the footsteps of the great Salman Khan, his current stunning girlfriend Katrina Kaif refused to wish Former Miss World Aishwarya Bachchan! This news hit the Bollywood world and spread like fire in the woods.[ad#post]
This happened when Katrina kaif and Ranbir kapoor were promoting there upcoming movie “Ajab Prem ki ghazab kahani”. The interview set was ready and on being asked to wish the Former Miss World Aishwariya Bachchan a warm birthday wish, Ranbir kapoor happily accepted the offer and wished her a great birthday. On the other hand Beautiful Katrina kaif rejected the offer.
Though Katrina kaif and salman khan are together for more than a coupe of years, This couple is definitely one of the best couples of bollywood.
The Gorgeous Katrina kaif Refusal was a big question and she very cleverly managed to get through the situation by claiming that Ranbir kapoor wished her and done the needful.
Katrina failed to recognize that people can assume and perceive her act in negative sense as well. Katrina needs to accept the fact that Aishwarya Bachchan was the past of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif is the present as well as future of salman khan.
The Best advice we can give you Katrina is that move on in your life and forget about the past. What is in the present is what belong to you and your present can definitely shape a great future.

BARCELONA: “Galactic Suite”, it is the first hotel in the history of this world that is planned in space, t is expected that this hotel will be open for business in 2012 and the interesting part is that it will allow guest to travel around the globe in 80 minutes.
This hotels Barcelona based architects say that the space hotel will be the most expensive hotel of this galaxy; its cost is $ 4 million for a three day stay.
During the stay at the hotel the guest will see the sunrise 15 times a day and will have to use velro suits to crawl around their pod rooms. They will be sticking to the walls like a Spiderman,[ad#post]
The company director Xavier Claremont tells that the biggest room is the zero gravity bathrooms.
According to the company director it is not an easy task to accommodate the more intimate activities of the guests.
But it is assumed that they have solved the issue of how to take shower in weightlessness and the solution is that the guests will be asked to enter a spa room in which bubbles of water will be floating around. This will make the shower process easy for them.

If a situation occurs and guest loose their interest in the portholes they will take part in the scientific experiments on space travel.

Galactic Suite started as a free time activity for the Former aerospace Claremont, until they day a space fan decided to make the science fiction fantasy a true reality by fronting most of the $3 billion needed to build the Space hotel.
This might be a sign towards an American company’s intention to colonizing Mars, which looks like Galaxy suite is the very first step. There are number of private investors from Japan, United Arab Emirates and United States of America. They are in talk and hopefully will come up with an excellent proposal.

Lahore, Pakistan: US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s diplomatic visit to Pakistan was to ensure political harmony, economic developmental proposals and education investments. However the diplomatic tenure ended bitter and blameful as the top US Diplomat posed an accusing inquiry before the Pakistani government concerning operations on the Taliban.

The Secretary of State verbally hit at the government of Pakistan, asking for more efficient and proper action on Al-Qaeda insurgency and economic development.[ad#post] This statement by Clinton had ruined the primary purpose of the diplomatic visit: To assure Pakistan of American support and praise for it’s financially, economically and humanly sacrifice made for the sake of war on terrorism.

Clinton appeared to have been annoyed by the pressing queries given by the senior editors and political analysts. She explained that American intends on ‘turning a page with its relations with Pakistan.’ She confidently told the press that Al-Qaeda possessed a safe and prospering haven in Pakistan since 2002. “It must be destroyed”, she said.

The top US official started that she found it rather ‘incomprehensible’ to believe the Pakistani Government does not know where the Al-Qaeda quarters are. She also showed her annoyance at the rejection of the non-military aid of 7.5 billion dollars USA was offering Pakistan. This had been done as a clear and open message in order to preserve the sovereignty of the state.

Upon the mentioning of tax-evasion in the country, Clinton took the liberty to lambaste the question by stating, “At the risk of sounding undiplomatic, Pakistan has to have internal investment in your public services and your business opportunities.” This left businessmen impatient and perturbed.

Clinton stated, “The percentage of taxes on GDP is among the lowest in the world… The US Government taxes everything that moves and doesn’t move, and that’s not what we see in Pakistan.” The diplomatic tenure took a bitter turn after that. “You do have 180 million people. Your population is projected to be about 300 million. And I don’t know what you’re going to do with that kind of challenge, unless you start planning right now,’ Clinton burst in a diatribe unleashed against questioners.

The top US Diplomat intends on meeting the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmud Abbas for peace talks between the states.

Lahore, Pakistan: Security tightened and traffic was halted as the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived at a town hall meeting on Thursday. The purpose of this diplomatic tenure was to ensure political unity and support between USA and Pakistan.

On the second day of her arrival, the top US Diplomat paid a visit to a mosque in Lahore. Special attention was given to strengthening moves towards a prosperous democracy in Pakistan. Lahore, being the second largest city in Pakistan, has been a victim of suicide, guns and grenade attacks recently. “Pakistan is in the midst of a battle against extremists”, said Clinton.
[ad#post]
Assuring Pakistani political leaders and officials, Clinton vowed, “This is not your fight alone… You’re standing on the frontlines of this battle but we are standing with you.” However this claim of staunch support did not convince those who lead protest rallies against the US diplomat’s arrival. “How do we believe a blood-sucking monster like America?” Kamil Khan, a young student, exclaimed.

Clinton announced monetary assistance for universities, poverty-stricken families, military and energy development. The Secretary of State pledged a 45 million dollar investment for the higher education of Pakistan. “Had there been peace between India and Pakistan, the latter would have hit the sky with economic development”, affirmed Clinton.

Commending the efforts of the Pakistani army operating within Swat, Clinton applauded Pakistan’s effort in fighting against terrorism. Political analysts continue to doubt the sincerity behind the intent of this political visit. However it would be accurate to state that Clinton is devoting significant time and energy to cause of regional and international peace.

The Obama administration has keen interest in maintaining diplomatic ties with Pakistan for the purpose of cornering Taliban and other religious fundamentalists present within the country. Clinton condemned the suicide attack in Peshawar and expressed sympathy for those who lost their families.

Until now, Hillary Clinton has invested 85 million dollars in order to counter poverty, 125 million dollars for improving Pakistan’s abysmal condition of electricity and 105 million dollars for the sake of border security and enforcement of law.

Peshawar, Pakistan: Over 80 people were killed and hundreds were injured in a suicide bomb blast this afternoon in Meena Bazaar People Mandi, Peshawar. The bomb exploded in the district of Old City. People Mandi is a market open exclusively for women and children. It is often over-crowded with customers in search for domestic appliances. Traders explained that they had received no potential bomb threat recently. It was around 2 ‘o’ clock when witnesses watched a white colored Alto approach a departmental store.[ad#post] The driver descended the car and walked away, explained Noor Ahmed, a shopkeeper. “A few people shouted and said there’s a bomb inside the car but it was too late.” It is believed that the car was remote controlled. Upon detonating the bomb, stores within vicinity collapsed, killing dozens under the rubble. Children are believed to be trapped under the ruins. Most bodies are left unidentified and taken to the morgue. A hundred others are severely injured. The death toll is estimated to rise. Injured people were taken to Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar. The City Municipal Corporation arrived later and commenced removing rubble in order to find bodies. FC Constables have been appointed at different points of the city in order to ensure safety. President Asif Ali Zardari has condemned the attack while NWFP Chief Minister Hyder Ali Khan Hoti demanded for immediate investigation. NWFP Minister of Information vowed to ‘hunt down each and every terrorist’ so that ‘the brutality they have inflicted upon innocent civilians is avenged’. As constant fear and perpetual danger envelops Peshawar all over again, many citizens believe that the blast had been a consequence of the war going in South Waziristan. Political entities such as Imran Khan, Altaf Hussain and Rehman Malik have expressed their shock over the incident. City Municipal Officer Farid Jan explained, “It would be difficult to bring cranes on site due to the narrow streets of the bazaar. We are using whatever we can to remove the rubble and save as many lives as possible.” The reality, however, seems grimmer as the death toll rises to 91 and more than hundred innocent people remain fatally wounded.

Sydney, Australia: Lars and Jens Rasmussen are the two genius brothers behind the über-successful web project called Google. Little did the brothers know that their once-average sophomore project would make a huge bang in the world of virtual reality. This is proven by the fact that there are more than a several million Google fans out there.

Many years later, both brothers flew to Sydney, Australia in order to present their nascent project called Google Wave. They confidently claim to ‘put an end to’ the world of electronic emailing and alter internet communication forever.
[ad#post]
According to the brothers, email is basically based on the snail-mail format. The sender sends the message and the receiver receives it. However the purpose of Google Wave is to make electronic-mailing collaborative and instant. While the sender types the message, the recipient is able to read whatever the text says. In that way the recipient can jump in and form his/her reply before the message is displayed on screen.

Google Wave allows users to collaborate on editable documents. They can share photos, update their blogs or other electronic journals, schedule appointments and communicate in big groups. Wave enables its users to start conference calls as well.

True to the core of their technological cause, Google Wave will have a 60-person team in Sydney, Australia. This will allow users access to customer assistance. Along with other many attractive features, Google Wave translates languages. Communication has never been so easier to comprehend.

Google users and fans anticipate for this new invention. The brothers seem excited and worried at the same time. Their main concern is to provide easily maintainable technology for their users. Google Wave promises to provide instant communication, hyper-speed transferring and secure sharing.

Jens Rasmussen spoke to the press, “I don’t want Google Wave to be a one-hit wonder. I have fears like any computer whiz would. Glitches, rebounds, errors, anything is possible. We brothers just want to keep Google’s name honest to its claim: Better, faster technology.” No one doubts that, Jen. Google Wave will amaze its users.
